Your material.
Their six days.
Your name on all of it.
You've spent years building the worksheets, notes and practice papers that make your centre work. They sit in a filing cabinet between Tuesdays. StudyPro turns them into your own learning platform: your students practising your material at home, marked instantly, with a fortnightly report to every parent carrying your logo.
We don't write content. It only ever works from your material, and you approve everything before a student sees it.
How many of your Term 4 students didn't come back in Term 1?
If it was twelve, at $2,500 a year, that's $30,000 that walked out. And you'll spend most of Term 1 replacing them.
They didn't leave because your teaching was bad. Nothing happened between sessions, and their parents couldn't see progress.
Put in your own numbersA worked example. Your numbers will differ.
90 minutes with you.
8,910 minutes without you.
Whatever happens in those six days decides whether the 90 minutes worked. Right now, for most centres, nothing happens in them.
And the parent who pays every term can't see the work, can't see the improvement, and judges you on a school report you didn't write. A parent who can't see progress assumes there isn't any.
You already have the answer.
It's in your filing cabinet.
Fifteen years of worksheets, notes, practice papers and answer keys. The thing that actually makes you different from the centre down the road.
It's paper. We make it a platform.
Five steps. About two weeks.
Upload your material, we convert it, you approve it, your students work. Monday morning, you know who did it, who didn't, and exactly what the class got wrong.
- 01You upload
Worksheets, notes, papers. PDFs, Word files, even scans. In your own folder structure.
- 02We convert
Practice sets, marked questions, worked solutions, explanations. Every item cites the page it came from.
- 03You approve
You see everything before a single student does. Approve, edit or bin. Nothing publishes without you.
- 04Students work
At home, on their phones, between sessions. Marked instantly. Stuck at 9pm, they get an explanation.
- 05Parents see it
A fortnightly report with your logo, from your address. Every Monday you know who did what.
The week, as your centre would run it.
Upload. Your folders, your names.
Drop in the PDFs, Word files and scans you already teach from. Year 6 Selective, Week 2, Fractions stays exactly that. Every document gets a fidelity score before anything is made from it, so a tired scan is flagged rather than converted badly.

Approve. Nothing publishes without you.
Everything made from your material lands in a queue with the page it came from and, where your worksheet had a key, whether our answer matches it. Approve, edit or bin. Students see only what you've said yes to.

Stuck at 9pm. An explanation, from your page.
One wrong, one right, a worked solution in your method. When a student is stuck, they tap once and get a hint, then an example, then the solution, drawn only from your material and cited to the worksheet. It won't do the homework for them, and you can see who needed help on what.
Help when they're stuckAdd 3/4 and 2/5. Give your answer in simplest form.
You can't add fifths to quarters directly. Find a denominator both share: 20. So 3/4 becomes 15/20 and 2/5 becomes 8/20. 15/20 + 8/20 = 23/20, which is 1 3/20.
Before anyone walks in, you know what Tuesday's lesson is.
Who did it, who didn't, and the topic eight of twelve missed. The class heatmap tells you in ten seconds what used to take a Sunday of marking to find out. That's your lesson plan and your two phone calls.

Every fortnight, from you.
What their child worked on. How much. What improved, in plain words. What's next.
Your logo. Your name.
Sent from your address.
We never contact your parents. We don't want their details and we don't hold them for anything but this. By Term 4 a parent has seen twenty of these. That's a different re-enrolment conversation.
Over the last fortnight Priya completed 5 of 6 assigned sets from our Year 6 fractions program. Her accuracy on adding fractions with unlike denominators moved from 25% to 67%, which is the skill we worked on in class on the 14th. Word problems are the next focus.

We don't own any of this. You do.
We're your supplier, not your competitor. Four things are in the agreement, not just the sales pitch.
- 01Your material stays yours
We claim no rights to it, never reuse it, never redistribute it, and never train anything on it. In the agreement.
- 02Isolated from every other centre
Your content, your students and your reports are never shared with, visible to, or reused for another centre. Hosted in Australia.
- 03Nothing is invented
Every question and explanation cites the page it came from. Anything that can't be traced is rejected. You approve before publish.
- 04Your parents never see us
Reports carry your logo and come from your address. We don't hold parent details for any other purpose.
It only ever works from your material.
Every question, solution and explanation traces to a page you uploaded. If something looks wrong, it came from your worksheet, and we'll show you which page. That's a stronger position than any content library can offer, and it's the whole point.

NZ$1,500. One cohort, one term, your branding, set up by us. We convert that class's material and run it for ten weeks.
At week ten you get a written read-out: who used it, what moved, what the parents opened. The fee comes off your first invoice if you keep it. Nothing renews on its own.
- One named class, 15 to 40 students
- One subject at one year level, converted
- Parent reports from week 2
- Week 10 read-out, including what didn't work
- Credited in full against your NZ$3,200 setup
Your centre doesn't send you a report every fortnight? Ask them why.
Most centres have years of excellent material and no way to put it to work between lessons. There's a page for the conversation, with a message you can copy and a way to tell us which centre you'd like to see on it.
