From your filing cabinet to your students, in about two weeks.
Five steps, honestly, including what we don't do. The short version: you upload, we convert, you approve, your students work, your parents see it.
- 01You upload
Worksheets, notes, papers. PDFs, Word files, even scans. In your own folder structure.
- 02We convert
Practice sets, marked questions, worked solutions, explanations. Every item cites the page it came from.
- 03You approve
You see everything before a single student does. Approve, edit or bin. Nothing publishes without you.
- 04Students work
At home, on their phones, between sessions. Marked instantly. Stuck at 9pm, they get an explanation.
- 05Parents see it
A fortnightly report with your logo, from your address. Every Monday you know who did what.

A folder is enough. PDFs, Word documents, scans of paper worksheets, exported slides. Most centres start with one subject or one year level: their best material, not their biggest folder.
What works: typed documents, clean PDFs, decent scans, spreadsheets of questions. What doesn't: handwriting, phone photos taken at an angle, anything you don't have the rights to use. We'll tell you which is which before anything is converted.

We convert it
Your material becomes practice questions, worked solutions, explanations, flashcards and timed sets, structured the way you already teach it. Your folder names, your sequence, not ours.
The rule we don't break: nothing appears in your platform that didn't come from your material. Every item cites the document and page it came from. We're not writing content for you. We're activating yours.
Maya makes 2/3 of a recipe that needs 3/4 cup of sugar. How much sugar does she use?
Multiply the fraction of the recipe by the amount: 2/3 × 3/4 = 6/12 = 1/2 cup.
You approve it
You see all of it before any student does. Approve it, edit it, or throw it out. Where your worksheet had an answer key, we show whether ours matches. Nothing publishes without you.
This is the step where owners relax. It's the moment the platform stops being an AI tool and becomes your material, organised.
- Practice question
A recipe needs 3/4 cup of sugar. Maya only wants to make 2/3 of the recipe. How much sugar does she need?

You assign it. It marks itself.
Set a topic or a timed paper to a class in three clicks. Students work at home on their phones. Everything is marked the moment they finish, with a worked solution for every question. A student stuck at 9pm gets an explanation from your page instead of giving up.
Monday morning, you know who did the work, who didn't, and what the class got wrong, before anyone walks in.
Parents get a report. You get a Monday morning.
Every fortnight, a one-page report goes to each parent with your logo on it, from your address: what their child worked on, what improved, what's next. Review it first or let it send.
By Term 4 a parent has seen twenty of them. That is a very different re-enrolment conversation.
Over the last fortnight Priya completed 5 of 6 assigned sets from our Year 6 fractions program. Her accuracy on adding fractions with unlike denominators moved from 25% to 67%, which is the skill we worked on in class on the 14th. Word problems are the next focus.

One week. Every week.
The loop that turns a Tuesday class into a Term 4 re-enrolment.
- 1Tuesday
Class ends. You assign the week's set in three clicks.
- 2Thursday 9pm
Student works through your material. Stuck? An explanation, from your page.
- 3Instantly
Marked, with a worked solution. Nothing waits for Sunday night.
- 4Monday 9am
You see who did it, who didn't, and what the class got wrong.
- 5Every second Friday
A report lands with each parent. Your logo, your address.
- 6Term 4
The parent has seen twenty reports. They re-enrol.
Four things we won't do, on purpose.
Anyone who tells you software will do these is selling you something.
- We don't write content
Not one question. If it isn't in your material, it isn't on your platform. That's the whole model.
- We don't do your admin
Keep TutorCruncher or whatever you use for rosters and invoices. We don't overlap.
- We don't fill your seats
We help you keep the students you have. Nobody's software fills a centre.
- We never contact your parents
Reports go from your address with your name. We don't hold parent details for anything else.
See it with your own worksheets.
Twenty minutes on a screen share. Send a worksheet beforehand and you'll be looking at your own material, not a demo.
