Homework policy
A one-page statement of what's expected between sessions and what happens if it isn't done.
A short written policy given to parents and students at enrolment: how much work is set, by when, what to do when stuck, and what the centre does when it isn't done. Most centres set homework and have never written this down. It makes the six days a shared expectation rather than a hope.
