Material rights
Who owns each document a centre teaches from: wrote it, licensed it, copied it, not sure.
For every worksheet, note and paper, the question of where it came from and what the centre may do with it. Four honest categories cover most centres: written by the centre, licensed from a publisher, copied under a statutory or CLNZ licence, or unknown. Recording the answer per document, at upload, is what a professional centre does and what a platform should require.
