Parent report
A fortnightly one-page report to each parent, with the centre's logo, from the centre's address.
A short written report sent to each parent every second Friday: what their child worked on, how much, what improved by topic, what's next, and a line from the tutor. It carries the centre's branding and comes from the centre's email address. It requires nothing of the parent: no login, no app.
It's the retention mechanism. A parent who has seen twenty reports by Term 4 has a reason to re-enrol that a parent who has seen nothing does not.
