Setup fee
A one-time fee for converting the centre's material and setting up the branded platform.
Charged once, at the start, for the work that happens once: conversion of everything the centre currently teaches, branding, the web address, the setup itself, tutor onboarding. It's separate from the monthly fee, which covers hosting, marking, explanations, reports and support. The pilot fee comes off it in full.
